After swapping, Farm unresponsive (Minor bug)

This is a minor issue, but after swapping I click the button below to Swap Again. I then click the Farm tab and it doesn't connect. This is rectified by just refreshing the page and connecting to the Farm. It's a minor bug, but I thought I'd make a note of it.
