Any chance this project could be moved to an Apache2 or MIT license? There are some concerns regarding BSD-3-clause license:
Lack of Patent Grant: Unlike Apache 2.0, BSD-3-Clause doesn't explicitly grant patent licenses, leaving users vulnerable to patent lawsuits from contributors who hold patents on the code.
Legal Interpretation: While largely straightforward, some aspects, particularly regarding patents or hardware distribution, can require legal consultation to fully understand implications.
