Include Linux and MacOS binaries #14
Description
On the Microsoft.Data.Sqlite side we've done dotnet/efcore#35715, which should allow for robust loading of SQLite extensions across platforms. I think this should make it possible to bundle the Linux and MacOS binaries inside the mod_spatialite nuget, and not only the Windows one.
