Hello,

I am trying to set up and run the ldct-benchmark project. I successfully installed the project, but I am having trouble finding the dataset and running the examples.

I couldn't find download_data.py as mentioned in some of the instructions. Could you please guide me on how to download the LDCT dataset and how to run the project correctly?

Thanks for your interest in the library! The script download_data.py can be used to download the data. The cli is installed together with the package, and you can follow the instructions here. Alternatively, you may use the NBIA data retriever to download the data. Unfortunately, due to the NIH Controlled Data Access Policy the data may not be accessible from certain countries (also see #12 ).
