Add a CubeProxy API Project #63
Description
A CubeProxy ASP.NET Core API project should be added, with endpoints matching the CubeService API as detailed in #18
The CubeProxy should route incoming requests to the CubeService API, through the use of a CubeServiceFacade from LibCubeIntegration.
Existing requests to CubeService should instead be routed through CubeProxy, as seen in the system design below.
