iOS: deleting a VPN entry keeps it listed

When swiping left one can delete an existing VPN entry, as discussed in #517 (I didn't had to read it to find the feature). However, once deleted, the list doesn't refresh and you think the entry hasn't been deleted. But it has been. 

So you try deleting it again but it then deletes the next entry. Still not refreshing the list afterwards. 😕
