Add logging to capture errors sent to the user, to any logging systems

we have plugins (and handlers) that send data back to the user.... however those errors are not visible to back-end support teams _after the fact_

Whilst not all installs will have log capturing, 'tis better to have the option & not use it rather than want it & not have it available
