Description property in Recommendation 20 entries

There is description property in the entries for datasets of Recommendation 20.

The questions are:

1. shall we include the description property in the context objects (units, categories)?
2. if we include the it, shall we add the description query parameter to allow searching by this property?

Hi, to my mind it's not relevant for such resource.
There are very few cases where we'll actually search for a unitOfMeasure based on a partial description I guess.
I usually do not use description as input parameters except when name is not explicit at all.

@rgenoulaz I don't see any value in searching for the description field, only a partial of the name if we are looking for the correct package code for the description we have. Description is useful to clarify the meaning of the code only.

Suggest we remove from search but provide in results?

@rgenoulaz @kshychko I've accounted for this in the pull request under issue #13 suggest if we accept this PR then we close this ticket too?

Have left in the model so it can be returned in the results but removed from the search
