Add more features for "Glass Manager"

Actual behavior

• Typo mistake in window title: missed "space" character ( );
• No way to enable/disable each glass;
• No way to add/remove external catalog paths;

Expected behavior

I will add UI mockup later!

0. Fix window title: GlassManager -> Glass Manager.
1. Make two tabs:
   1.1. "Glass" tab — show the list of all active/enabled glass (there should be an options to enable/disable each glass for actual project; would be useful for limit type chooser list for "Surfaces Data > Type" if there are many glass listed in connected catalogs);
   1.2. "Catalogs" tab — show the list of connected catalogs (there should be an options to add/remove paths to catalogs and option to enable/disable each catalog without removing path).
