Keep graph colors when adding/removing curves

Currently, the graph has the annoying property of completely reshuffling the colors assigned to each package repo when adding/removing them. Keeping colors for repos that are displayed before and after the change will make it much easier to selectively add/remove and compare.

May I suggest assigning each language a color from the the github language colors list.
