Cannot time shift backwards using arrow keys on Live TV

Bug Description

When using arrow keys, you can not timeshift backwards beyond your buffer only forwards

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open live tv with DVR
2. Rewind to somewhere in the middle of the recording
3. Press right arrow (works)
4. Press left arrow (works)
5. Press left arrow some more (fails)

Expected Behavior

Can timeshift backwards to beginning of recording

Actual Behavior

Can only go back to beginning of buffer

This works on android + android TV but not on Linux. Haven't tested windows/macos
