Live TV never prompt to watch from start of recording #788

Bug Description
This was implemented but doesn't seem to work. I've tried connecting when another stream is active, as well as when the DVR is manually recording that episode, and the prompt never shows.
Steps to Reproduce
- Have a user watching or start a DVR recording then wait >60 secondss
- Connect using plezy
Expected Behavior
Prompted to watch live or start from beginning of recording
Actual Behavior
Always tunes to live. If there is a recording you can rewind.
