Bug Description

Resuming paused video after woke-from-sleep has no sound

Steps to Reproduce

1. play a video with sound
2. pause
3. sleep computer
4. wake computer
5. resume playing that paused video

Expected Behavior

video plays with sound

video plays with no-sound

Additional Context

Workaround this problem is click "<-" at the top-left corner, and re-play the video. My additional testing shows that "pause" isn't required to reproduce the problem: you can keep playing video then sleep computer, then wake computer up, video would be automatically back at playing state, but no sound.
