Unable to change downloads folder #778

Bug Description
Go to Settings > Download
Choose where to store downloaded content
Shows
/mnt/expand//user/0/com.edde746.plezy/app_flutter/downloads
tap [Select Folder]
Message comes:
Failed to Select Folder
On Sony Bravia HV2 Google TV
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Settings > Download
- Choose where to store downloaded content

Message comes:

On Sony Bravia HV2 Google TV
Expected Behavior
should be able to select another folder on the expanded USB storage device I have inserted in the Sony TV
