Skipping back causes audio to drop for about 10 seconds.

Bug Description

Playing a video. Hit skip back. Video plays, but no audio. It takes about 10 seconds for audio to sync back up to the video. On Android/Google TV. Sony Bravia. Consistent across both Android TV and Google TV.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play a video
2. Hit back one or more times or just go back an entire minute
3. video plays, but audio needs time to sync back up. about 10 seconds of no audio.

Expected Behavior

Audio plays immediately with the video when skipping back

Actual Behavior

Audio is not playing for about 10 seconds.

hi. happens to all videos. TV Series, Movies.
Even when pausing exiting the app and then returning to the point where play was stopped.
I have now upgraded to 1.30.x and will test again later tonight

hit back once (go back 10 seconds), audio is not available for 7-8 seconds while video plays
hit back twice (go back 20 seconds), audio is not available for 7-8 seconds while video plays
hit back three times (go back 30 seconds), audio is not available for 7-8 seconds while video plays
