Make android tv dpad seek follow small seek value #751
Description
Problem Statement
On androidTV (shield pro in my case) using dpad to seek will default to 15 sec seek instead of the value i set for small skip.
It is very inconvenient for me to bring up the player ui and go to the small skip button everytime i want to skip small.
Proposed Solution
Add a setting to make the dpad seek follow the small skip value
