Live TV error: Exception: Failed to tune channel

Hello,

first of all, I would like to say that Plezy is truly an outstanding piece of software. The developers have done an amazing job, and I am really impressed by how great and promising this Plex alternative is. Thank you very much for creating such a fantastic application.

I am currently experiencing an issue with Live TV in Plezy.

I am using German TV channels via DVB-C, with my setup connected through a FRITZ!Box. The channels are detected and listed correctly, but whenever I click on a channel and try to stream it, I receive the following error message:

“Exception: Failed to tune channel”

The issue occurs every time I try to start a Live TV stream. I have also taken a screenshot of the error message and can provide it as an attachment.

Could you please help me identify the cause of this problem and let me know how to fix it?

Could you upload logs and send the ID or send the logs?

I sent the wrong build, try this one.

No problem but this build not working also. LOG-ID nauc4
Same problem with TV.

I even tried a different setting in the Plex Media Server. Specifically, I allowed only secure connections under Network. But then Plezy wouldn't connect to the Plex Media Player at all. I had to completely uninstall Plezy because otherwise I wouldn't have been able to reconnect. Or rather, I realized too late that I only needed to set the Plex setting back to Preferred. ;D
