BLine AppImage does not work

Hi, thank you very much for your feature contribution. A macOS build was long overdue. I assume this no longer a problem with the v0.5.0-beta, so I closed the issue. Let me know how it goes.

MacOS dmg does work however because MacOS is MacOS after first running it'll say something like "Apple is not able to verify that it is free from malware" and you need to go into System Settings, Privacy & Security, scroll down and click "Open Anyway" where it says "Bline" was blocked to protect your Mac. Might wanna add that to the README

I'll test the AppImage ASAP, hopefully Sunday
