SolarNetwork "accumulating" definition in docs inaccurate

Looking at the Accumulating section in the Reference doc, it says

Accumulating measurements correspond to a value which is monotonically increasing, which is to say accumulates over time without decreasing.

Technically accumulating values in SolarNetwork can decrease... not sure the best term there, but they are akin to meter readings where the reading can actually go forwards or backwards (and both). Sometimes they might even jump back to zero, e.g. when a piece of hardware is replaced.
