Hi. What is the exact site you are having issues with and what exactly happens there?

https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages is the one im trying to use. neither the first link you provided me worked as in the download doesnt start and im required to use eclipse

I see. It seems there are some infrastructure issues and there is an issue on the Eclipse Foundation IT helpdesk already.

Until this is solved, I think you can use the Wayback machine/web archive which has some pages archived (especially the mirror XML files which contain the location of the actual downloads). You can go to https://web.archive.org/web/20250919023138/https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/ and either download the version you like normally or click on the xml link on the download page which should give you a mirror list (and these mirrors should work and you can change the URL if the exact site you need isn't archived).
