How to anchor edges to the center of Zest nodes instead of the their outline? #124

I'm filing this as an issue because they're doesn't seem to be any active forum or discussion platform anymore.
What's the recommended way to always anchor edges (connections) to the center of nodes instead of their outline?
I understand that I have to bind a custom IAnchorProvider and/or IComputationStrategy, but I wasn't able to replace the outline-anchoring behavior of the DefaultAnchorProvider no matter what I tried.
