Segmentation setup problems

Hi,

Thanks for sharing your dataset and code.

I'm having some trouble getting set up to use echonet and I'm wondering if I have understood everything correctly, or if there is some more documentation that I am missing.

1. I'd like to segment the LV of my own data, do I need to have expert tracings for ED and ES?
2. Am I correct in understanding that FileList.csv and VolumeTracings.csv are inputs into the model regardless whether using training, testing or validating?
3. Is there a method to get only the segmentation masks out between ED and ES?
