Fix Duplicate State Error Message

When you make a duplicate state, iThem gives the message “[state] fail to create:( Did your state has a duplicate name?". Unless this was intended, it should be corrected.

what message are you suggesting? or are you suggesting that we should allow people to create a duplicate state (e.g., a state with the same name)?

Sorry for the confusing comment. I meant to point out that the error message for duplicate state names was grammatically incorrect. I wasn't sure if it was done on purpose, so I just wanted to address it. Instead of "Did your state has a duplicate name?" it should say "Does your state have a duplicate name?"
