Connect summary tables

The summary tab currently has two tables (see below). On-hover, the bottom table highlights the relevant data in the viz pane, but the top table is not interactive. We should do the following:

• Hovering over a column/cell in the top table should highlight the relevant data in the bottom table
• Maybe hovering over a column/cell in the bottom table should highlight relevant cells in the top table.
