Interpretation for "Time Since Treatment"

Dear Eli,

Many many thanks for this excellent package.
My question pertains to the interpretation of the "Time since treatment" column in summary (multisynth()).
In my dataset the intervention was implemented in 2023 or 2024, so I have at most 2 years of post-treatment data. However, when I do the analysis, "Time since treatment" is always 0 only. I was wondering why?

In the last treated unit I have two treated time periods, 2023 and 2024.
