Add filtration by current language for several views and all displays which are contained in those:
- ding_library
- ding_news
- ding_event
- ding_groups
- ding_eresource

Filters search result from Search API "Default Multiple Index" to current language results only.

Replace automatically "Secondary menu" block with "Language switcher" block.

Enables translation and localization features for all content types.

Filters "Libraries" to display only current language library titles for panels pane and also "Library" relations in node edit form.
