Handling external lib dependencies

• CMake has a command called FILE, which can be used to read and write contents from/ to a file
• So while building the external library, we should append details of the package to an external file located at $EASIFEM_EXTPKGS/share directory
• While linking the external lib to EASIFEM components we can use this file to read the information.
• The format of this file should be readable from the file
