can't release to pypi because of python-nostr branch requirement

pypi prevents uploading software that includes a branch url in the pyproject.toml file

options include:

• removing it from the pyproject.toml, and making it a git submodule
• waiting until python-nostr moves to embit
• publishing the fork as a package for now
