I am Interested with ONT and metatranscriptomics data analysis because My Msc project is Based on ONT data analysis, by doing this I’ll gain more skills which will help in my project.

My second option is machine learning, but I’ll be happy if I’ll get my first option.

I am choosing this project because ONT delivers enhanced genome assemblies, accurate identification of closely related species, and unambiguous analysis of full-length RNA transcripts from mixed microbial samples.
Data is provided in real-time, enabling immediate access to results such as species identification, abundance, and antimicrobial resistance. The Combination of long reads with targeted approaches will enable sequencing of informative genes in their entirety, improving resolution of identification.
This project will also equip me with good research skills that will help me in tackling my final year project.
