Missing ToggleSet_1 (and _2, and _3)

I might be doing something wrong but when I loaded the MSAPP of the PowerSpinnerApp, I'm getting several controls that are referencing controls named ToggleSet_1, ToggleSet_2, and/or ToggleSet_3 but there doesn't appear to be any controls with those names. Here is the MSAPP I downloaded from here (inside a zip)....but maybe it got corrupted or something? Any ideas?
