Missing Permissions

Describe the bug
This happens when i run the bot, there are no errors at all in logs, only shows this on discord

At some point, in logs it shows this:
ELIFECYCLE  Command failed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Configure everything for the bot and make sure to set sqlite to be used
2. Run the bot
3. See error

• Version of Node.js: 18.20.X
• Version of the bot used: 2.0.1 (latest)
• Database used (Mysql/Sqlite): sqlite
