Client does not support deposits

As far as I see in the documentation, there is no method to make a deposit.
I believe it was available in previous api versions (as described in this article: https://medium.com/dydxderivatives/programatic-trading-on-dydx-4c74b8e86d88)

How can I make a programatic deposit on testnet and mainnet?
