HELP! TCGA-CNV_analysis.R can`t run in line 63

I run the CNV_analysis.R in the TCGA folder. But it occur the error in line 63. The result is here:

> cnv_obj <- load_cnv(cnvMatrix, markers_obj, nbsamples)
**Loading Copy Number Data
.Error in start_index:end_index : argument of length 0**

I used the raw code in the CNV_analysis.R. I don`t know how to solve it, please help me! Thank you!
