minimum data points that Upsilon needs

I want to run upsilon on about 100 light curves. The problem is that it seems that upsilon can not be used for every number of data point, and there is a lower limit on the minimum number of needed data points. what is the minimum number of data points which is needed for upsilon to work without any error? actually I want to filter them.
