Reparent Heading TreeItem #21
Description
Move a TreeItem from one parent to another on the same Page Content MindMap. The heading level will therefore be newParent.HeadingLevel + 1. It is therefore not possible to move a TreeItem to a parent that is already at HeadingLevel 6
