Way to lock so it cant be clicked?

I use this app DAILY but when im playing a competitive shooter like valorant, sometimes while in game if I move my mouse up and to the left (its where I keep the the app) I will click it and "tab out" in a way. Is there anyway I can stop this or is it not possible?
