Nginx cache stuck. website cant load new updates

Hi,
I have nginx/1.16.1 installed on my server.
I have some problems with my nginx cache files.
apparently they got stuck so they weren't working proper.
I've tried to restart the service but nothing helps.
I've also tried to erase manually nginx cache files but still it seems like the cache stuck.

what should i do? cache cant work proper.
