This is a WIP (and likely to stay as such) alternate implementation of the Kepler language. Not all functionality is implemented, but the subset of programs that run see a tremendous speedup. There are also some bugfixes and also behavioral changes that aren't necessarily bugs, but are necessitated by the compilation process. (Hopefully) most of these are summarized in the changes file.
