Americanize the spellings #8
Description
In keeping with Dubit standards we should Americanize the spelling.
The problem is the word Localiser is all over this project. It appears in:
- The repo name
- The repo url (and therefore everybody's submodule remotes that use it)
- The namespaces
- The APIs
- The documentation (I'm generally alright with that)
As well as localiser we have Initialise
