Auto refresh tables when configuring a localised object

Right now if you add a localised object and you haven't gone to the window to set the schema and refresh tables it will not be able to find them to display the categories & keys. We should probably try to auto find this when we draw this inspector UI.

We could also try to do this when we load the window, since most project will only have 1 schema

I've come to the conclustion now that every project just needs one schema, and infact some other settings need to be in there. My suggestion is to make this into a single LocalisationSettings object that contains the schema and any other settings,

• The need to assign this to a window it when doing anything regarding localisation is so awkward (it needs reassigning after any asset import/recompilation). We can remove this.
• We can add some other language settings, like specify display names, iso codes, flags for each one
