[Bug?] Does not check existing signature NBT tag #2
Description
If I were to run the EssentialsX command /book, it would allow me to edit the contents of the book, and re-sign it. Checking the NBT data of the book shows that the tag still exists.
Once the book is re-signed, the NBT tag is overwritten with a new author and signature.
