rake install_gem builds the gem but doesn't install it

It gives the error message "Can't find rvm install!" even though "rvm current" returns 1.9.3 and manually running "gem install flatfish-0.3.1" afterwards works fine. This might be (probably is?) some type of issue with my setup.

Hmmm. I think I had to alias 1.9.3 b/c I'm using patch level 184 or whatevs. Honestly, I think these rake tasks should just go away--they assume too much. A shell alias would probably be a cleaner solution for everybody.
