Login/password based authentication

We would like to use login/password based authentication.

Please integrate the OmniAuth Identity Provider as an alternative to Twitter/Google.

I've only provided oauth via twitter/google so far just for simplicity on my end. I understand user/pw auth would be useful in some deployments.
