Selectivity of strains

Feature request:

Hi Dave,

After showing this to some collaborators this afternoon they wanted to know if they could remove strains selectively from the MDS plots and dendogram.

Do you mean remove (and possibly add back) specific taxa?

Technically that could be done (although probably very annoying to implement) @drpowell

Note that even is possible it may not give the same result as re-clustering would!

@drpowell i can how this might be a use-case, just not a common one.

@Slugger70 given this was 2.5 years ago, do you think people still need it?
