Add 8Devices USB2CAN Support in Windows

Currently, the 8Devices USB2CAN adapter does not appear in the drop down of CAN adapters in the gui tool in Windows.

Hi support. Following the recommendations, I bought USB2CAN adapters: https://www.inno-maker.com/product/usb2can-cable . And now I'm having hell with them. I'm trying to use the utility DroneCAN GUI Tool under Windows, but it doesn't see the connected CAN adapter.

If I reprogram to old firmware version, everything stops working altogether. In particular, the manufacturer's original library stops working and cannot be used at all.

How can I solve this problem?
