[Running and interacting] unclear `dl-mon` and `dl-agent` runs

The Running and Interacting section suggests checking things with dl-mon and dl-agent. The doc should be updated to indicate that these binaries exist within the Sample KeyValue container (or other containers based on dripline-python)
