Slowdowns occur in Hong Kil Dong (KR)

I played Hong Kil Dong, the unlicensed game for SMS.

But unlike other emulators, slowdowns occur in stage 1 early part. I'm not sure it's bug or not. In other emulators (MAME and Genesis Plus GX), those slowdowns aren't occur.

I cannot reproduce the slowdown.
Which platform are you using?
Does it happen always at the same point?

I recorded videos in libretro version of Windows x64. Always happen in that point.
