As a future request, can this be added.
TMS 9938 Code to simulate the chip, swap out the 9918/28 for this.
MAME has a great resource for the driver as an example. zip file included
A lot of the SGM games use the F18A for flicker free sprites, scrolling and advanced graphic solutions.
