Provide PDDL linter

The current example in "exe" parses and translates input PDDL files. I think it would be really useful to also provide an executable that simply parses a domain file together with an optional problem file, ideally with a --strict parameter if Loki already supports this. Or simply change the existing example in this direction.

I quickly added more argument parsing as you suggested, see here: https://github.com/drexlerd/Loki/blob/main/exe/loki.cpp
I aim to add additional options to enable/disable certain translation steps, which can be useful, for example, to compile just types into predicates.

I will keep this "issue" open as a reminder until then :)
