This ticket can wait till May 1st since Drupal community is making some progress on these use cases.

The part we need to do is:

• check if Acquia is complaint
• see how to maintain the project without ever downloading original db
• figure out where we keep personal data unrelated to the site it self
• check if every 3rd party provider except we use is complaint
